Return Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges on pieces custom made for you.
Each piece of jewelry is hand crafted and inspected prior to shipment to ensure that it is flawless. If any damage occurs during shipment, please notify us IMMEDIATELY upon receipt, and we will arrange for a prompt repair or replacement. If you do not notify us within 7 days, you will be deemed to have
accepted it.


If you are dissatisfied with your piece of jewelry for any reason, you may return the piece within 7 days of delivery for a refund less shipping to the original method of payment. Returned items must be unworn and be in the original packaging. We will send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. The refund may take 5-7 business days to post depending on the issuing bank.

Blue J Jewelry does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns or pay for return shipping, so you may return an order through the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return. Blue J Jewelry is not responsible for any losses of items being returned.
