Yes. You can have a piece of jewelry completely custom designed for you. For information and estimates for custom designs, please email us at: info@bluejjewelry.com
Also, if you see a piece that is already made, and you would like it made longer or shorter, we can change the length. There will be an additional charge to make an item longer.

Apply cosmetics, hair products, lotions, perfumes and powders prior to putting on your jewelry. Prevent your jewelry from being exposed to moisture and sweat. Remove your pieces before showering, swimming, sunbathing and exercising. Prevent damage and breakage by removing your jewelry at bedtime. Keep all wearable pieces of art out of direct sunlight. Metals may tarnish over time due to oxygen and natural body oils. To reduce tarnishing, store jewelry in a sealed bag or box in a dry dark and cool place. You can use a gentle polishing cloth on most items. Do not use liquid jewelry cleaner on your piece, as it may damage certain beads, pearls, or other parts. Handle with care.

All metals used in your piece are nickel free. Any plated metals used are a base of brass or lead-free pewter and then plated with precious metals: 24k gold, Fine Silver, and Copper. Precious metals used are .925 Sterling Silver and 14kt Gold Filled. Earring posts on Stud Earrings are Surgical Steel. Ear Wires are nickel free and are a base of brass and then plated with precious metals: 24k gold, Fine Silver, and Copper. Some Ear Wires are Sterling Silver or 14kt Gold Filled. Please see product descriptions for full list of materials used in each piece.

The sales tax is applied based on your shipping address. Sales tax is only assessed to North Carolina customers at the applicable state and local rates.

We will send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. The refund may take 5-7 business days to post depending on the issuing bank.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive a refund less the cost of shipping. Blue J Jewelry does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns or pay for return shipping.

All non-custom orders ship approximately 2-4 business days from the date the order is received.
All custom orders ship approximately 1-3 weeks from the date the order is received, depending on the customization.

We ship USPS Priority Mail. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.
